Analytical

To analyse the financial status of every current project to ensure acceptable progress and delivery

Environmental

To minimise waste production by attempting to reduce waste production in the first instance, to reuse wastes wherever possible, to recycle applicable wastes before the final option of safe disposal to landfill
To form close relationships with our contractors and suppliers to encourage the adoption of best environmental practices
To minimise the environmental impacts associated with our energy and fuel use wherever possible
To ensure our work is undertaken with the maximum consideration being given to all affected parties
To meet or exceed current and future legislative requirements
To endeavour to prevent pollution
