Paul felt there was a need to bring the high-octane, fast turnaround abilities from this environment into the more recognised domestic and commercial construction side of the industry; to provide an alternative to the traditional builder and common practices. The success of PDS has been built on the back of the ‘new thinking’ approach to projects, with Paul driving ‘hands on’ from the front. A focus on customer satisfaction, cost control, quality workmanship and deadlines are the main ingredients to a successful outcome. Attention to detail is as important as all of the issues above, but we feel that this is a natural component to all of our ideals.
